APTHORPE FARM  is a small crops farm located near Hampton, just north of Toowoomba on the Darling Downs. The farm is widely known for its freshly grown herbs, vegetables and fruit.  Fresh produce grown on Apthorpe Farm includes avocados, parsley, shallots, zucchinis, rhubarb, parsnips, rosemary and coriander. The farm has also become famous for the production of exquisite relishes, jams and sauces.  

A family operation, Apthorpe Farm is owned and managed by Hugh and Leonie Brassey.
